Mentor, OH (March 8, 2024) - The SSC Controls Company has achieved its latest re-certification to the ISO 9001:2015 Standard, With Design.  The company's entire quality system, including design, production, and distribution operations, was audited and certified by Smithers Quality Assessments Inc. (SQA), a leading independent accredited registrar (Smithers Quality Assessments) of Akron, Ohio.

The SSC Controls Company specializes in the design and manufacture of electrical foot switches and controls for industrial, shop, medical, dental, office, and many other applications.

Smithers Quality Assessments is accredited by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB), the accreditation body based in the United States.  ISO 9001 is a well-known quality system standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization, based in Switzerland, and it is recognized world-wide.
