If you have an account with special or distributor pricing, you must email or fax your order to receive proper pricing.  All online orders are full price.

Models that are build-to-order (i.e., non-stocked) or that have optional features may require 1-2 days to manufacture before shipment.

International orders: Buyer is responsible for all shipping, brokerage, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable).  We will supply the appropriate customs documents with your package.

Transit times for international shipping (especially using the US Postal Service) can be several weeks or even months later than the listed transit times.  Please take this into account when placing your order.  We have no control over the package once it is in the hands of the shipping service.

Tracking information for international packages is often inconsistent or not updated once packages arrive in countries outside of the US, especially with the US Postal System.
