Description
The DS100-DG is a dual foot switch with a tough steel guard. It comes with both pedals pre-wired and a single cable exiting the unit. Each pedal has momentary action and is wired normally open (N.O.), which means that it activates when your foot is on the pedal, and de-activates when you release your foot from the pedal. Electrically, each side is rated 13 amps @ 125/250 VAC. The cable is 8 feet long and is 16 gauge / 4 conductor (16/4) cord, with one wire common to both switches, one wire for the left side, one wire for the right side, and one ground wire. Consult an electrician if you are unsure how to connect the wiring to your device. The foot switches are wired so both switches cannot be operated at the same time (neither will work if both are pressed). Also features a tough cable with a pigtail strain relief and 12-gauge steel guard with rubber bumper feet. Ideal for applications involving forward/reverse, twin pedal, up/down, left/ right, and many more, such as tube and pipe benders, positioners, metalworking, etc. Enclosure rating: CSA/NEMA Type 1 and IEC 60529 IP20. For indoor use in dry environments. CSA Certified to US and Canadian standards. Replaces TWIN T-91-SC48 or TWIN 971-SMC48 with 522-B12 or 522-D28 guard.
