Fits .25″ to .38″ OD cable. Attaches cable to threaded opening in back of foot switch. Select proper clamp size to fit your cable (see more sizes below). Need two total per assembly (one for each foot switch).

Fits .38″ to .50″ OD cable. Attaches cable to threaded opening in back of foot switch.

Fits .50″ to .62″ OD cable. Attaches cable to threaded opening in back of foot switch.

Adds a front gate to the left foot switch. The user must lift the gate before operating the foot switch. Cannot be used with “-OC” option below.

Adds a front gate to the right foot switch. The user must lift the gate before operating the foot switch. Cannot be used with “-OC” option below.

The Open Cover option eliminates the wall between the two foot switches, allowing the operator to easily move from one switch to the other. See picture on the Product Information Sheet below. The Gate options above cannot be used with the Open Cover. Note: The picture on this page does not show this option. See the DG500 info sheet below for a picture. Also note, when ordered with this option, the product is not UL marked.

Description

The DG500 connects any two G-Series foot switches onto a single base platform, with a cable exiting the back of each foot switch.  The unit consists of a rugged steel base with bumper feet.  The handle has an easy-grip ball knob that makes it easy to lift or move around the unit without having to bend down (note: handle can be removed if not needed).  Add a gate to either or both of the switches if needed.  Ideal for applications such as metalworking equipment, bend or press brakes, pipe rollers, scissor lifts, lift tables, positioners, twin pedal, up/down, and forward/reverse foot switch applications.

Note: These models are build-to-order and may require 2-3 days to manufacture before shipment.  25% fee if returned.

 

Naming convention: DG50X-XX/G50X-XX (first unit after the “D” is the left-side unit; second is the right side). If both units are the same, list only one.  For example, a unit with two G500-MO foot switches mounted on the platform is model number DG500-MO. A unit with one G500-MO on the left side (when viewed from front) and one G502-MA on the right side is DG500-MO/G502-MA.
