Description
The G500-AT-1501 foot switch features the tough heavy-duty construction of the G-Series foot switches and comes pre-wired with an eight-foot cable that has a 3-pronged piggyback plug on the end of it. Simply insert the piggyback plug into a standard US electrical outlet, plug your device into the back of the piggyback plug, and the foot switch will then be in line with the device.
This foot switch has an anti-trip pedal action, meaning the user must press forward a latch inside the hood before pressing down on the pedal to turn it on, which provides an additional measure of safety by reducing accidental activation. These units then have a momentary action; the user must keep the pedal pressed down in order to keep it on.
Features tough die-cast aluminum construction, an oversized guard (5.5” high, 6.2″ wide) with enough room to fit large boots, and an oil/water/splash/dust-resistant enclosure. Side cover flaps help protect pedal lever and shaft from oil, solvents, and water. Size: 9.2″ L x 6.2″ W x 5.5″ H (not including cable). CSA Enclosure Type 2, 4, & 13. IEC 60529 IP56. Certified to CSA and UL standards.
